All contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 15-day notice before you move out.

You can pay in person, mail a check or money order or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit card/savings/checking account monthly. Kiosk available for payments 24 hours/day.

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during normal access hours.
No, storage is at your own risk. There are 2 ways to protect your items: our tenant protection plan or obtaining your own insurance (check with your homeowners/renters insurance).
Yes. You are welcome to use our complimentary carts to move in.
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.
